The digital infrastructure landscape has reached a critical inflection point. The successful adoption of hybrid cloud, AI-driven development, and interconnected API economies has created unprecedented opportunities, but it has also given rise to crippling operational complexity. For organizations in high-compliance sectors like FinTech and EdTech, this complexity is now the single greatest barrier to innovation and security.

In response to this challenge, B9F7 Buzz NetWorks S.L., a B9F7 Stark Internet Service B.V. company, is proud to announce the launch of our new Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Autonomous Resilience and Digital Trust, headquartered in Madrid.

This CoE is not just a physical location; it is a new model of partnership. It serves as a strategic hub where our partners can collaborate directly with our top-tier security architects, compliance specialists, and infrastructure engineers. The CoE’s core mandate is to help FinTech and EdTech leaders move beyond theory and operationalize the powerful automation of our recently launched Autonomous Resilience Framework.

For too long, the promise of “self-healing” and “self-securing” infrastructure has been just a concept. The CoE makes it a practical reality. It provides our partners with the human expertise necessary to integrate this AI-driven orchestration deep into their specific environments.

In the FinTech sector, the CoE will focus on co-developing “autonomous compliance” playbooks. This moves our partners beyond periodic, manual audits. The CoE’s experts will use our Autonomous Resilience Framework to build real-time, auditable proof of compliance for mandates like PSD2 and PCI DSS. This is “Demonstrable Trust” in action. Our teams will work alongside FinTech developers to securely implement our Digital Identity Framework, ensuring that the critical machine-to-machine (API) identities that power open banking are managed, provisioned, and revoked autonomously, eliminating the risk of human error.

For our EdTech partners, the CoE will address the critical challenge of securing the “unified digital campus.” Educational institutions manage a massive and dynamic scale of user identities and sensitive data, from student records to faculty research. The CoE provides the strategic oversight to deploy our Autonomous Resilience Framework effectively at this scale. Our specialists will help institutions automate the protection of sensitive data within our Sovereign Cloud Framework, ensuring that intellectual property and personal information are protected not only by advanced security, but by provable data residency.

The establishment of this Centre of Excellence in Madrid leverages our unique position as a B9F7 Stark Internet Service B.V. company. It combines the global scale, resources, and threat intelligence of our parent company with the specialized, on-the-ground regulatory and market expertise of our European team.

This is more than an investment in technology; it is an investment in our partners’ success. We are moving beyond the traditional client-vendor relationship. The CoE is a commitment to take on the burden of complexity, allowing our partners to stop managing security fires and focus on their true mission: building the future of finance and education.
